Marketing Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Team Leader to develop and execute effective local marketing strategies that reflect our brand and connect with PNG communities. The successful applicant will have hands-on experience leading small teams and managing both digital and grassroots promotional activities across urban and regional areas.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role (preferably in automotive, retail, or service industries).
Demonstrated success in executing local marketing campaigns, managing social media, and analyzing customer engagement.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills; able to motivate and guide a small marketing team.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous but not required.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Manage social media content, email campaigns, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust tactics for better ROI.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to align messaging and support business goals.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and budget forecasts for management review.
